Spacious room, cute elephant towels and floats in the pool.Appreciated that the room was available before check in time. Very near to the beach and night activities and there are lots of cute cats in the hotel to spot and play with!Bed is comfy and huge.

The front staff (short haired lady) isn't helpful or hospitable. The breakfast team (male staff) keeps taking away our plates that we have not yet been finished. Hotel reception does not give a welcome vibe, just rules. Most of the clientele are Russians, Caucasians who likes to hog the sun beds for the whole time we were there.

The pool wasn't very well kept, water not clear despite lots of chlorine.

Everything, from the communication with the staff to the comfort and the facilities. The staff was professional, kind, and very quick to help with what was needed. You really feel valued as a client at ThanThip. The location is amazing , in the middle of everything, 5 min from Patong Beach, 18 min from Bangla Road, 22 min from Central and Jongceylon mall. Walking distance. The hotel has a very good restaurant , with very tasty food and reasonable prices. There is also a cafee on the site, you must taste those croissants and have a cappuccino there. The rooms are spacious, modern furnished , with very comfy high beds and comfy pillows, i slept like a baby. The balcony was big and had 2 chairs and a table.The bathroom is modern, good water pressure, the fluffy towels are good quality and changed daily.The room is cleaned very well every day, do not forget to pres the electronic panel on "please make up my room".The pool is huge and clean, there are chaiselongs , the hotel provides extra towels for the beach or the pool.

It was nothing to dislike, but might be, for people with mobility issues, as there is no elevator.

Simple, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is large and nicely designed. Great location: close to the beach and just a few minutes from the main streets. The room is spacious, the pool is beautiful and always clean, and you can even eat by the pool. They provide free water in the room. Quiet and peaceful environment.

In one of the rooms, the towels weren’t always replaced. The bathroom door doesn’t provide enough privacy, and the shower door doesn’t close properly. The wooden benches by the pool are old and worn out, and the air conditioner in the room doesn’t dehumidify properly.

Enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast.

The water system needs to be updated..The shower ran hot and cold. And the water pressure was inconsistent.

Location close to Patong beach. Quite hotel. Good housekeeping. Can find anything around you.

Soundproofing not that much. Breakfast is limited.

The property was quite old, but it’s located in a prime area, which made it convenient and accessible.

Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Our block was old and lacked a lift, so we had to climb up flights of stairs every time, which was especially inconvenient.The service was extremely poor. The reception staff, particularly one lady, was rude and unhelpful. When we requested assistance to carry something to our room, we were told bluntly, “You have to do it by yourself.” One of my friends was unwell, and when we called the reception at night asking for drinking water, we were told they couldn’t provide any due to staff shortages and that the store room was closed. We had to order water from outside, and even then, it wasn’t delivered to our room—we had to go down ourselves and bring it up.The pool initially looked large and inviting, but from the top floor, we could see water from the terrace flowing into it. Due to the rain, the terrace was flooded and littered with bird droppings and debris, all of which appeared to be flowing into the pool. It was very unhygienic and disappointing.

The ground floor room with pool access was the best. We initially booked one of the ground floor rooms with view to the pool, but were able to upgrade to one of the 4 rooms with pool access 2 days prior to our arrival.The breakfast was very good, the staff very friendly and attentive. The air in our room was very humid and we asked for a dehumidifier and they brought one for us for free. That really changed the air in the room.We received daily free water when the cleaning was done.

The conditions are not really up to a 4 star hotel, as we are used to in Europe, but it is clean and you have daily room service.

Great location! Very close to the beach. Lots of restaurants, bars. There is also a small supermarket and ATMs and money exchange places. We found the bed to be very comfortable. The mini fridge had beers and soft drinks. That was cheaper than some bars. It is about a 20-minute walk to Bangla road. Which can be hard in the heat. However, with the great choice of bars near by. We didn't find it a big deal. We especially liked Legends. Which was a sports bar (not into sports) but the food and drinks were good!

During our trip, the water went out for a while. So we just headed out and explored. Was slightly inconvenient. The shower was quite old-fashioned. The breakfast menu is quite limited. There are plenty of restaurants outside if you do not want to pay for the breakfast option.But overall, it was a great experience. I've stayed in 5* hotels in Phuket, and I overall don't have anything bad to say about the place.

Nice location, good size, but little old

Very nice Hotel pool is perfect and always clean,rooms were comfy and well looked after. Breakfast was nice.

The property is clean ,walking distance to the beach ,restaurants and supermarket.

Large beds, spacey rooms, nice pool with a shade, good breakfast, close to the beach and still quiet in the evening.

Loved the location to the beach, bars and restaurants. Poolside room which was spacious, clean and quiet. Only downside was the mosquito’s (see comment below). Lovely quiet pool area with ample beds. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff extremely helpful and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in a poolside room. Whilst the room was extremely spacious and clean, could do with some mosquito plugs in there as without them, you’ll get bitten alive. Wouldn’t deter me from staying again, I’d just be better equipped next time.
